Sewer Scope FAQ (click to read more)

-Should I get a Sewer Scope done prior to buying a home/property?
+If you're home is 60 years or older, it likely has plumbing materials that are outdated and susceptible to damage and defects. It is HIGHLY recommended you have a sewer scope done prior to purchase of an older home. For newer homes, it is not uncommon to find installation defects or unexpected damage in the lines during inspection.

-What are typical repair or replacement costs for a household sewer line?
+Replacing an average sewer line from the house to where it connects to the public sewer system typically costs $3,000-$6,000. However, if the project is complex and/or if the connection to the public system is in the middle of the street it can cost $7,000-$25,000 or more.

-Do you do repairs on sewer lines?
+At this time we do not offer repairs or quotes on household sewer systems. Please email us for a list of contractors we recommend in your area.
